The hotel has a stunning view of the lake, and the rooms are very nice and comfortable, making it a pleasant stay overall. However, the service was inconsistent, with some staff being quite brusque and not always helpful. The location is fantastic, just a quick walk to the ferry terminal and surrounded by shops and restaurants, but the dining experience could definitely use some improvement in variety.
